· The Reminder is a series of small leaflets which aims to address community issues which the Muslim community is failing to address.

· It generally consists of three sections, although this can differ according to the nature of the topic. The front page focuses on raising awareness of the extent of the issue supported by statistics. The middle pages consist of what Islam says about the topic (very often there are many misconceptions amongst Muslims themselves on a range of issues). The back page provides practical solutions of what people can or should do.

· Relevant agencies, organizations and individuals can sponsor/support topics which they would like to raise awareness on within the Muslim community. In return for their support their logos are displayed on the back page of the Reminder.

· The Reminder is distributed to various community centres, mosques, community organisations and other community venues such as shops and libraries in Muslim areas. Depending on the financial support distribution can be local or on a national scale and in different languages.

· The Reminder is written primarily for a Muslim audience; however Non-Muslims can also gain an insight into the issues surrounding the various topics.

The leaflets have always been well received and many people both Muslim and Non-Muslim contact us to thank us for addressing important issues and educating the community.
